Comments
When you leave comments on our site, we collect the data on the comment form, your IP address, and your browser’s user agent string to help with spam detection.
After we approve your comment, your profile picture will be visible to the public in the context of your comment. We may also provide an anonymized string created from your email address (a hash) to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. Media
We recommend not including embedded location data (EXIF GPS) when you upload images to our website. Visitors can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

If you leave a comment on our site, you can opt-in to save your name, email address, and website in cookies. These cookies make it easier to leave another comment without entering your information. These cookies will stay on your device for one year.

How Long We Retain Your Data?
We keep your comment and its metadata indefinitely if you leave a comment. This helps us automatically recognize and approve any follow-up comments instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
If you register on our website (if available), we also store the personal information you provide in your user profile. You and other users with an account can see, edit, or delete your personal information at any time (except you cannot change your username). Website administrators can also see and edit this information.
What Rights Do You Have Over Your Data?
If you have an account on our site or have left comments, you can request an exported file of the personal data we have about you, including any information you provided to us. You can also ask us to delete any personal information on file. However, this does not include any data we must keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
